Eytan Stibbe
Eytan is a leading entrepreneur and global impact investment pioneer. He is a Founding Partner and an Investment Committee Member of Vital Capital Fund, the parent company of VCE . As part of his work with Vital Capital, Eytan has been a driving force behind the impact model for investment in developing markets. Prior to the establishment of Vital Capital Fund in 2011, Eytan invested in, initiated and financed businesses worldwide, particularly in developing markets. In that capacity, he spearheaded a wide range of large-scale projects, including rural and urban community construction, agriculture and agro-industrial solutions, aviation and air-traffic control systems, educational ventures and healthcare-, technology-, clean energy- and water-related businesses. Aiming to achieve tangible humanitarian objectives alongside financial and business returns, these projects have improved the quality of life for large populations. Prior to that, Eytan founded and managed a start-up company that became a multinational, emerging market-focused EPC enterprise.
Eytan is a board member of the Center for African Studies at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Beersheba, Israel, and a member of the World Economic Forum and the Aspen Institute’s Strategy Group for Global Food Security. He is also a governor and board member for several universities and NGOs dedicated to supporting the education and culture of underserved communities, predominately in sub-Saharan Africa.
